My own take for this wonderful Spainish tapas.
1. Shrimps
2. A few chopped garlic cloves (for me I always like to put a lot of garlic)
3. Extra virgin olive oil
4. Thin lemon slides
5. Parsley

Instructions:
Pour some olive oil in a pan then heat it up. When it's hot enough. Toss in garlic, wait for 5 minutes then toss the shrimps in. Add some salt and sugar. Then, add some chopped parsley. Finally, add the lemon slides and gently stir for about 3-5 min. Turn off the stove and pour in some more olive oil. Cooking should take 10-15 minutes.
Garnish with peppers and parsley whole leaves.
